UPDATE: Woman found, claims she wasn’t kidnapped

UPDATE: Abilene Mojica has been found. Big Spring Police say that Mojica claims she was not kidnapped.

BIG SPRING, Texas (Nexstar)- Big Spring Police are asking for help in locating a woman who was abducted, and the suspect sought in connection with her abduction.

Abilene Mojica, 38, was last seen at 7 a.m. Thursday morning in the 1400 block of Mesa Avenue in Big Spring. According to a release, witnesses told police Mojica was forced into a black Cadillac sedan. The Cadillac, police say, could have KNP as the first three letters on the license plate.

Police say Mojica is 5’4″ tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a white sweatshirt with black on the sleeves.

Police are also looking for Angel Enrique Hinojosa, 23. Police say Hinojosa is wanted in connection with Mojica’s abduction, according to a release.

Hinojosa is 5’7″ tall and weighs 180 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo on the left side of his neck.

Big Spring Police believe Mojica’s disappearance poses a “credible threat to her own health and safety”.
