Andrews Volunteer Fire Department working on gas line rupture

ANDREWS, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – There is currently a large plum of black smoke visible in Andrews County.

According to the Andrews Volunteer Fire Department, there is no reason to be concerned. They are working on a gas line rupture. The line is operated by DCP on XTO land.

There is no danger to the public, but you are asked to avoid the area as crews work in the area.
