ANDREWS COUNTY, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Andrews County will be moving to 50 percent capacity.
Mayor Flora Brawly announced Monday that the trauma service area has been above 15 percent hospital capacity for seven consecutive days, forcing them to scale back capacity at local businesses, as per Gov. Abbott’s executive order.
“The recent increase in Coronavirus is of great concern, especially with the coming holidays and traditional gatherings,” Mayor Brawly said.
The Mayor also added a restriction within the City of Andrews.
Brawly said that all outdoor gatherings in excess of 10 people will be prohibited within the city limits of Andrews.
