ANDREWS COUNTY, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Officials in Andrews County have confirmed their second Coronavirus-related death, according to an update Tuesday.
Additionally, the number of confirmed cases has risen to 120. However, health officials note the County Health Department has combined their stats with Permian Regional Medical Center.
Prior to the combined state, only the Health Department numbers were being reported.
With the combined numbers, stats show 700 people have been tested, with 528 of those coming back negative. Currently, there are two people hospitalized and 42 have recovered from the virus.
Officials say 52 tests are currently pending.
