UPDATE: Amarillo Police find 3-month-old unharmed

AMARILLO, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Police officials in Amarillo say they have located a 3-month-old girl who was believed to be abducted.

According to a release, Amarillo Police located the child unharmed in the 1000 block of north Hayes Street.

The investigation into her disappearance is still under investigation.


An Amber Alert has been issued out of Amarillo for a 3-month-old girl.

Jamila Franklin is described as one foot tall with black hear and brown eyes. She was last wearing a pink shirt with light blue shorts.

Police officials say they are also searching for a 24-year-old woman in connection with the girl’s abduction.

Aliyah Moore is described as 5’6” tall, about 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black muscle shirt and gray sweat pants, according to the alert.
