ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar) – The Ector County Health Department has confirmed 326 new cases of COVID-19 in the county over the last week. This brings the total to 9,006.
The cases were confirmed Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday.
These cases come as Mayor David Turner has issued a Mayoral Ordinance that requires masks in the city of Odessa.
In Ector County, there are 1,781 active cases at this time. 7,074 have recovered from the virus. 151 people have died.
