26 new cases confirmed in Midland County; One new death reported

MIDLAND, Texas (Nexstar) – The City of Midland has confirmed 26 new cases of COVID-19 in the county. This brings the total to 3,495. There is also one new death the city is reporting. This is the 78th in the county.

The 78th patient, a male in his 70s with underlying health conditions, was being treated at Midland Medical Lodge. The patient died on September 14, 2020.

There are 733 isolated cases, 2131 recovered, 353 under investigation, 200 unable to locate/refused and 78 COVID-19 related deaths in Midland County. Today’s new cases are reflective of lab results from September 13-14, 2020.
