249 new COVID-19 cases confirmed from Nov. 9

MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The Midland health Department has confirmed 249 new Coronavirus cases from Nov. 9, according to a release Wednesday.

Officials say the overall case count is now at 7,276 with 140 COVID-19 related deaths in Midland County.

Additionally, officials say there are 180 unconfirmed positive cases from Tuesday.

The Tuesday count is reflective of the number of positives recieved from testing locations however, patients have not been contacted by the Midland Health Department to confirm residency.
