MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – 113 new Coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Midland County for Nov. 7 and 8.
According to a release from the City of Midland Monday, 57 new cases were confirmed on Nov. 7 and another 56 were confirmed the following day, bringing the overall case county to 7,027.
Officials say they are currently 14 days behind in contacting positive cases received.
331 unconfirmed positive cases are also being reported from Nov. 20 through 22, the release reads.
That count, according to the release, ‘is reflective of the number of positive test results received from testing locations.” Additionally, officials say those patients have not been contacted by the Midland Health Department to confirm residency.
