BIG SPRING, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – 17 new cases have been reported in Howard County for the week of August 31.
Additionally, two COVID related deaths have also been reported.
On September 3, officials were notified of the deaths. The overall deaths is now at 10.
The first patient was a 70-year-old man being treated outside the county. The second patient was a 58-year-old man.
Howard County has a total of 284 cases of COVID-19. There are 53 active cases.
Additionally, 208 have recovered in the county and 15 pending tests.
