Health alert! Coconut Oil is as bad for you as butter and beef fat


If you’re a lover of coconut oil, you might want to step away!

According to a new advisory released by the American Heart Association coconut oil is 82 percent saturated fat, and studies show it raises LDL “bad” cholesterol as much as butter, beef fat or palm oil.

The author of the study says it’s better to use the oil ON your body, but maybe not IN your body.
