UPDATE (6:05 p.m.) According to the City of Andrews, the fire is moving south away from the city. “No need to evacuate at this time,” a statement reads.

UPDATE (5:42 p.m.) – Andrews County says the James Roberts Center and the Ace Arena are open to those who have been evacuated due to the fire.
