Grace McDonald has been indicted on another charge.

Officials with the Ector County District Attorney’s Office say McDonald has been indicted on a count of prohibited sexual conduct.

According to the indictment, around February 20, 2016, Grace “…knowlingly engage in sexual intercourse with James Gabriel McDonald, a person the defendant knew to be, without regard to legitimacy, the defendants brother by adoption.”

She was originally indicted on capital murder and criminal conspiracy back in September of 2016. The previous indictment accuses Grace of conspiring with Gabe to shoot their parents.

“…on or about the 2nd day of March, 2016, did then and there, with the intent that murder, a felony, be committed, agree with James Gabriel McDonald that one of them would engage in conduct that would constitute said offense,” the indictment reads.

She was arrested in the murder of her adoptive parents.

Her brother, Gabe McDonald has also been arrested and charged in the same investigation, previous reports indicate.
