ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The Permian Basin Fair and Expo opened its doors for day two of its 47th year event, and the public wasted no time in showing their support.
The Fair is open on Saturday, September 2nd until midnight. But don’t worry if you can’t make it, the fair is in town until Sunday, September 10th!

2023 Miss Permian Basin Fair & Exposition Emily Gonzales of Monahans. Emily is planning to attending University of Texas Permian Basin and studying nursing. 2nd place was Abigail Paredes of Odessa 3rd place was Karen Santos of Crane. All ladies will receive a fair monetary scholarship.
