A man is in custody after Fort Stockton Police found him carrying more than a pound of meth in his vehicle on Sunday. 

According to police, officers conducted a traffic stop at a Dairy Queen parking lot. 

They say the driver, Tristan Zly, was found with almost a pound and a half of meth and a small amount of marijuana.

Officers also found items used to sell and distribute the narcotics. 

Zly was charged with Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
