ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – An industrial incident killed one person near Highway 385 Thursday morning, according to DPS.
It happened around 8:30 in the morning. 59-year-old Juan D. Sotelo Nunez was killed when a forklift fell on top of him, according to Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
