ECTOR COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The Ector County Sheriff’s Office is mourning one of its own; Corporal David Wayne Core died on September 17.
Core began his law enforcement career in October of 2019 when he joined the ECSO and began working in the detention center. He was promoted to Corporal on May 28, 2023, just four months ago.
