MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – One person has been charged following a car-pedestrian crash Wednesday in Midland, according to officials with the City.
Midland Police were called to the crash around 12:56 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Tarleton Street and Shandon Avenue.
While investigating, officers learned that a Ford Mustang had struck the pedestrian, city officials said Wednesday afternoon.
The extent of the injuries were not released.
However, the driver of the Mustang, who has not been identified, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and police say the investigation is ongoing.
