All three Ector County deputies involved in a shooting overnight in north Ector County have been released from the Hospital, according to Sheriff Mike Griffis.
The deputies were injured while serving a search warrant Monday night in the 7300 block of Kentucky Avenue.
As the deputies were entering, Griffis says the suspect fired multiple rounds.
Three deputies were later rushed to the hospital following the shooting. Medical Center Health System Police say initially two of the deputies were believed to be in critical condition and the third was believed to be in serious condition.
However, after futher examination, medical personnel say all of the deputies conditions were improved to fair, MCHS officials say.
None of the deputies have been identified as of midnight Monday.
Griffis later said one of the suspects involved in the shooting was killed and another was in custody.
