City of Odessa updating parks master plan

ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/ Fox 24) – The City of Odessa Parks and Recreation Department is in the process of updating the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Urban Landscapes Master Plan.

The goal is to establish the course of action to upgrade parks over the next five and ten years.

The City is asking for your help in creating the plan. They will be hosting public input meetings, starting October 14th, for residents to give their input.

A final series of meetings will be scheduled at a later date not yet finalized. A survey will be available on-line Monday, October 14, 2019. Complete the survey and your name will be placed in a drawing for an Apple iPad. The iPad is provided by the Odessa Parks Foundation.
