The City of Big Spring is notifying residents of scheduled water utility maintenance next week.
Officials say the maintenance will begin on Monday as contractors will be replacing valves and water lines on the Edwards Reservoir.
During the maintenance, water service and pressure may be disrupted, according to the city.
Residents in Edwards Heights and west of FM 700 will be affected by the maintenance, which is expected to wrap up after May 2.
