BIG SPRING, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) - A woman, believed to be involved in a shooting has turned herself into police, according to a release.
Big Spring Police officials say Susan Overton turned herself in to the Howard County law Enforcement Center around 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.
At the time Overton was taken into custody, a semi-automatic gun was seized, police say.
Overton has been charged with murder.
She is accused of shooting and killing, Jesse Collins on Tuesday night, according to prior reports.
The investigation is ongoing.
