Big Spring Police investigating a shooting

BIG SPRING, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – One man is in the hospital after a shooting incident in Big Spring.

On October 28 around 12:15 p.m., Big Spring Police Department responded to the 800 block of S. Nolan in reference to a victim being shot.

According to a release, officers found a 31-year-old man laying inside a residence.

EMS began life saving measures and was flown to Midland Memorial, a release reads.

BSPD is following leading and no further information is available at this time.

Officials are encouraging anyone with information to call BSPD.
