Basin coaches react to positive cases on the OHS football team

ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar) – Coaches from around the metro weighed in after Odessa High School had their first game cancelled after a positive COVID-19 test from a player.

Coaches from teams in Midland and Odessa took different approaches to the news. Some coaches said they talk to their players about this issue every day while others try to avoid the discussion.

The thing that reigned true across the board, the desire to see their team take the field every week.
