Food, drinks, carnival games and even a slide are coming to a soon-to-open restaurant in Midland.
It’s called Fair to Midland and will open this later summer at 1115 Tradewinds Boulevard, close to the Rockhounds stadium.
“It’s a one of a kind concept unique to Midland,” says partner in the project Campbell Foster.
Right now the building is still under construction, but soon the restaurant and bar will consist of entertainment like a large slide, a 30-foot tall windmill, a shooting gallery and carnival games.
There will also be a large outdoor patio area with trees for shade.
“It’s a good open area where we can throw in some interactive games, create an interactive experience,” says Foster.
The project is three-and-a-half years into the making after the COVID-19 pandemic halted construction.
Fair to Midland is expected to open up in August.
