Nikki Jones created this business to honor her son Keaton, what started as food truck has grown into her own shop located in downtown Midland. Her menu is very diverse over 100 different flavors and and even larger combination selections of shaved ice, rolled ice cream and lemonade. See what I tried in the video above.
