ALPINE, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Alpine Fire Department was recently awarded $4,100 in grant money from the Rural Service Community Grant Program.
AFD says the grant will be used to replace aging hose lines for structure and brush operations.
Big Bend Telephone stepped up to be the community business backer, which was required for the grant.
