SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT – Former Midland Lee Rebel Ryan Tucker played a part in one of the most exciting Super Bowls in history.
The St. Louis Rams stopped the Tennessee Titans one yard short of the goal line to win Super Bowl XXXIV on Jan. 30, 2000. The Rams drafted Tucker to play offensive line in the fourth round of the 1997 draft out of TCU.
In the 1999 championship season, Tucker played in every single game. The following year he would start in all 16 games.
Watch the video above as Tucker walks you through one of his favorite memories: winning the Super Bowl.
