ODESSA, Texas (YourBasin) – Odessa Police Department saying farewell to one of their own Wednesday afternoon.
After serving the Odessa community for 24 years, Sergeant Joe Ramirez is retiring from the police department. During his time with OPD, Sergeant Ramirez worked in special investigations, narcotics, and the auto theft task force.
Sergeant Ramirez has over 32 years of law enforcement. He also spent his time with the Kermit and Wink Police Departments.
