WINNING COUPLE QUALIFICATIONS
-Winning couple must be engaged (not renewing their vows).
-Applications must include 100 words or more detailing their love story and why they should win
their dream wedding (pictures are recommended).
-Couple will have their dream wedding on Sunday, February 20, 2021.
-Winning couple will receive a complimentary wedding ceremony.
-Couple will need to provide an officiant.
-Winning couple is required to have a reception at the Odessa Marriott following their
ceremony.
-Community vendors will provide a Limo, DJ Services, Photography, Videography, Photo Booth,
Wedding Cake, spa services, $1,000 wedding gown credit & more!
-Reception ballroom will include tables, chairs, dance floor, linens, centerpieces & lounge
furniture.
-Our Executive Chef will customize a menu according to winning couple’s couple’s preferences.
-No outside food or drink is permitted.
-Winning couple is responsible for all reception food & beverage (including sales tax (8.25% &
service charge 24%.)
-A minimum food purchase will depend on the size of the wedding party.
-Plated dinners begin at $50 per person ($2,500-$5,000 depending on the wedding size).
-A cash or hosted bar is available upon request.
-Wedding and reception upgrades are available at the couple’s expense.
-This wedding may not be exchanged for a cash prize.
-Winning couple must agree to have their wedding and reception filmed for marketing
purposes and sign an agreement to render all services.
