MIDLAND, Texas (YourBasin) – Fresh, local, and inspired is the motto for Todd Brown.

After beginning the re-branding process last year, the BBQ staple in the Tall City expanded their menu when he added vegan options.

“The plant based community here locally is kind of catching up,” says Todd Brown.

“But if you go to places like Frisco, Austin, all those places that are about plant-based foods, that’s why I felt it was important to re-brand because what else can you do with your business. That’s what was important to me. What else can I do? I just felt, ‘hey let’s take a spin on it.'”
