Texas Business improves, Southwest adding Summer flights

NEW YORK, New York (Nexstar) – Economic conditions improved in February, according to the Federal Reserve in Dallas.

The Fed says economic conditions improved in February showing a pickup in growth.

Additionally, weekly jobless claims grew in the Lone Star State despite a drop nationwide.

Meanwhile, Southwest Airlines is prepared to add some Summer flights in the coming months. In May, the airline will add flights to Nashville, Baltimore, Dallas, and Pittsburgh. In June Southwest will also add flights to Indianapolis, Atlanta, Columbus, Kansas City, and St. Louis.
