Judge Orders Ezekiel Elliott's Suspension Be Reinstated

ODESSA, TX (Local 2/Fox 24) - A judge issued a ruling in Ezekiel Elliott's case against the NFL fighting his six-game ban Monday.

According to Kate Hairopoulos of the Dallas Morning News, Judge Katherine Polk Faila dissolved Elliott's temporary restraining order against the NFL which has allowed him to play so far this season.

According to the judge, Elliott's team did not present the need to have a temporary injunction against the NFL's suspension. He is expected to miss the next six games.

Elliott's team has 24 hours to file an appeal if they wish according to ESPN reporter Adam Schefter
