Three Arrested in Weekend Shooting

ODESSA, Texas (Local 2/Fox 24) - Three man have been charged following a shooting in Odessa over the weekend that left one man seriously injury. 

Officials with the Odessa Police Department say they were called about the shooting around 2:44 p.m. near 42nd Street and Wrangler Avenue. 

While at the scene, officers reportedly found a man with a gunshot wound to the face. 

The victim was taken to Medical Center Hospital with life threatening injuries. 

While speaking with police, the victim said he got into an argument with the suspect over the price of marijuana, according to a release. 

The suspects then reportedly shot the suspect while in the backseat of a car. 

All three suspects were then located in the area of Walnut and Melody Lane..

All three suspects, Darius Patterson, Tye Kendrick, Dezjuan Black, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading arrest.
