Third Victim from Fatal Crash Identified

ODESSA, Texas (Local 2/Fox 24) - The third victim involved in a fatal crash has been identified. 

According to officials with the Odessa Police Department, the thid victim involved in a fatal crash back on June 22 has been identified as 28-year-old Angel Pierce. 

Pierce, along with Richard and Barbara Mackrell, were all killed in a fiery crash that occurred in North Odessa about a month ago. 

Officials say a Dodge Challenger collided with the victim's van in the 2000 block of Yukon Road. 

The driver of the Challenger, Mark Cason Garrett, was later arrested and charged with three counts of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault. 

Richard and Barbara Mckrell as well as Pierce were all pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. 

All three were sent to Tarrant County to be identified. 

Garrett and three passengers in the Challenger were also injured in the crash, previous reports indicate. 

Barbara and Richard Mackrell were both identified back on June 27. 

Garrett was released from the Ector County Jail on June 29.
