Some Residents not Surpised by Suspects Arrest

ALPINE, Texas (Local 2 News) - Sign across Alpine demanding justice for Zuzu Verk. Bryan Bullard confident law enforcement has the right guy. "I knew it was him the while time. It wasn't like a surprise," says Bullard.

Bullard claims he'd seen Fabian come into a restaurant he worked at in town. He says he always appeared suspicious by keeping his head down and staying silent.

According to the arrest affidavit Fabian went into a Dollar General in town and purchased 3 pieces of drop cloth. A source close to Fabian told police he had been "acting strange and looked very bothered." Another source told police Fabian had said "If i know a really big secret and two people know it, then the other has to be dead."
