Prostitution, Drugs Investigation Results in 11 Arrests

ODESSA, Texas (Local 2/Fox 24) - Eleven people were arrested in connection with a prostitution and narcotics investigation in southeast Odessa. 

The investigation was prompted by tips from the public and began back on Jan. 11, according to the Odessa Police Department. 

The OPD the launched an investigation at several motels along highway 80, according to the release. 

On Jan. 11, police arrested Thomas Lands and Natalie Rivers on possession of a controlled substance warrants. 

Jan. 18, the OPD arrested Luis Enrique Carrasco charging him with possession of cocaine and Pedro Rubio III with illegal dumping. 

On Jan. 20 the OPD arrested Phillip Tinner, Hoang Boa, Erick Garza, Leana Maldonado and Tiana Landry charging them all with prostitution. Amanda Flores and Robert Garcia, according to police, were both arrested the same day and charged with possession of marijuana in connection with the investigation.
