OHS Assistant Principal Released from Hospital

ODESSA, Texas (Local 2/Fox 24) - The Odessa High School Assistant Principal injured in an altercation Thursday has been released from the hospital, according to officials with Ector County ISD. 

Officials say Assistant Principal Mark Crissinger was injured Thursday after a student threw him to the ground. 

Crissinger was reportedly trying to break up a fight. 

District officials say the student has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a public servant.
