City begins pavement restoration project

ODESSA, Texas (Local 2/Fox 24) - The City of Odessa officially began their annual pavement restoration project on Monday. 

In 2018, the city will restore about 33 miles of streets with the goal of extending the life of those roadways. 

Residents in the area of the restoration project are asked to remove vehicle parked on the street. 

The streets being restored include: 

  • Streets south of University to 8th Street. 
  • Streets west of Dixie Boulevard to Andrews Highway/Grant Avenue. 
  • Streets south of 2nd Street to Interstate 20.
  • Streets west of Grandview to Crane.
